LED efficiency (thanks Don!)

Incandescent produces about 17 lumens per Watt. Compact Fluorescents are at about 60 lumens per Watt. (about 4 times as efficient as incandescent.)
In 2004, the Luxeon star promised minimum 13.9 lumen, typical 25 lumen at 350 mA. (In 2007, we can get this same amount of light at roughly 80 mA and less than a quarter watt, no heatsinking required).
